Cajun Grilled Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 New York (top loin) pork chops, 1 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Instructions:

Combine seasonings, mix well. Coat chops with seasoning mixture. Grill directly over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes per side, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
